Learn how two-time Baldrige Recipient in Education, The Charter School of San Diego, engages their workforce through a variety of successful capability and capacity strategies. The school will share how they develop, retain, and engage their workforce to achieve outstanding customer results and long-term sustainability.
Tim Tuter is the Executive Director of The Charter School of San Diego (CSSD) located in Southern California. CSSD is the nation’s first two-time recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in education.
Tim has led CSSD’s effort to implement the Baldrige criteria and the Baldrige application process for the past 13 years. As a trained Baldrige examiner, he has served on examiner teams to review outside organizations that are on their own Baldrige journeys. He regularly presents best practices at conferences both nationally and internationally.
