About Daniel B. Edds, MBA | Dan has been a Baldridge examiner and team leader. This experience led him to write the book, Leveraging the Genetics of Leadership, Cracking the Code of Sustainable Team Performance. This is the first book that bridges the gap between systems thinking and organizational leadership. He has recently presented his work on systemic leadership and culture formation in England, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. In addition, he is a PhD candidate through the Birmingham Leadership Institute at the University of Birmingham (UK).
