From Vision to Victory: A Journey to Sustainable Excellence

From Vision to Victory explores the experiences, opportunities, and early lessons of our organization, Ada’a Health, that we’ve recently begun its pursuit in partnership with Sterling International. This presentation will highlight how leadership established a clear vision for excellence, aligned strategic priorities, and engaged the workforce, Kingdomwide, in building a culture of continuous improvement. Attendees will gain insight into the organization's initial assessment process, identification of strengths and opportunities for improvement, and the development of systematic approaches to performance management. The session will also discuss common challenges faced during the early stages of the journey and the strategies used to build the needed momentum and organizational commitment.
