Overview of the Updated Baldrige Award Cycle & Framework

Exciting changes are happening in the Baldrige enterprise! Join us for an overview of the updated national award cycle and the soon-to-be-released Baldrige Excellence Framework®. The Alliance for Performance Excellence, now responsible for administering the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award on behalf of the Department of Commerce and the National Institute of Standards and Technology, will share an update on the award process. Brian Lassiter will provide an overview of the current cycle. In addition, Denise Shields will present an overview of the updated Baldrige Excellence Framework®, which is now overseen by the Baldrige Foundation.
