Join us for this popular, national Baldrige Fall Conference on Thursday, October 21 through Friday, October 22, 2021.  This year’s event has more than 20 sessions featuring leaders of the 2020 Baldrige Award recipients and State/Regional Award recipients representing all sectors of the economy.

Envision the Future of Work with keynote speaker future-of-work strategist Heather E. McGowan.  Heather, an internationally known speaker, writer, and advisor, prepares leaders to most-effectively react to rapid and disruptive changes in education, work, and society.  She is the co-author of The Adaptation Advantage: Let Go, Learn Fast, and Thrive in the Future of Work – selected as one of the top 30 Business books for 2021 and Disrupt Together: How Teams Consistently Innovate.  McGowan’s think tank, Work to Learn, helps leaders prepare their people and organizations for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Learn role-model leadership practices from more than 20 Baldrige National and State/Regional recipients.   Learn from leaders of organizations in all sectors including AARP, Elevations Credit Union, GMBC HealthCare, Wellstar Paulding Hospital, Davenport University, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and small businesses Griffin Mechanical and BusinessSolver.  These leaders will share their proven performance management practices and how they responded to the changes and challenges of the past 18 months during panels and presentations.  Walden University will also share the initial findings on its research project looking at the impact of Baldrige on organizational resilience.

Deepen your understanding of Baldrige with pre-conference workshops on Thursday, October 21st.  Topics include Getting Acquainted with Baldrige, Unpacking the Feedback Report, Moving from Interest to Action, and Where do I begin?
