You gave us feedback and we listened! Site visit expertise and assistance is being offered for the first time this year.
Do you have a potential site visit coming up soon from CAPE? Or, do you have plans in the future to apply for CAPE and want to know more about the site visit process? In either case, this Webinar is for you. On October 9, 2009, CCE is pleased to present Denise Shields, Principal of Shields Resource Group who is hosting a Webinar on what to expect during a site visit. Denise's expertise includes national and state Baldrige applicants. Her organization has more Baldrige and CAPE winners than any other consulting organization in California. A few of her credentials include being an Alumni and Senior Examiner to the Baldrige National Quality Program, a CAPE Judge, CAPE Senior Examiner and trainer. We are most pleased to have her expertise available to our clients for this Webinar. The Webinar will include the following components:
- What activities and schedule to expect during a site visit
- What are the Examiners looking for
- What happens during the opening and closing sessions
- What happens during the interviews and what types of interviews are common
- How to organize your organization to cooperate with the Examiner Team
- Logistics on how to set up special rooms and meeting places for the Examiners
- How to organize documents to support the site visit
- How to select escorts to work with the Examiners
If any of these topics are ones that you would like to know more about, we welcome you as a participant to this very special, first time offered Webinar.
