The purpose of the Silicon Valley RCE is to provide training, education, and support services to private and public sector agencies that seek to improve their organizational performance and business results. SCV-RCE is pleased to recommend the Malcolm Baldrige Award criteria as our primary performance improvement tool. We invite you to participate in SCV-RCE's programs and activities.
