North Bay Regional Council for Excellence
Purpose:
To stimulate North Bay economic growth by helping local public and private sector organizations achieve world-class results in an increasingly competitive environment through applying the Malcolm Baldrige framework
Mission:
To stimulate North Bay economic growth by helping local public and private sector organizations achieve world-class results through the application of the principles and criteria of the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award.
Vision:
By April 2005, to have an active pool of 25 members, applicants, and supporters of local programs that further the mission of the state-level California Council for Excellence. To increase that pool to 50 by April 2006 and maintain the membership pool at 75-100 members by 2007.
