Central Coast Region of the California Council of Excellence Mission: The purpose of the Central Coast Region of the California Council of Excellence is to assist business and the local military Commands and government agencies to improve their performance using the Malcolm Baldrige Award criteria. Our service area extends along the California Channel Islands coastline to include the Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo tri-county region.
