  3. Customer and Market Focus: How your organization builds relationships with customers and determines key factors that lead to customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention, which rsults in business growth. November 15, 2007
  4. Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge Management: How your organization selects, gathers, analyzes, manages, and improves its data, information, and knowledge assets. March 20, 2008
  5. Human Resource Focus: How your organization’s employees learning and motivation enable employees to develop and utilize their full potential in alignment with your organization’s overall objectives and action plans. July 17, 2008
  6. Process Management: Examines key aspects of your organization’s process management, including product, service, and business processes for creating customer and organizational value in addition to key support processes. November 20, 2008

The ASQ Team Excellence Criteria
  1. Project Selection and Purpose: How methods are used to choose the project, how project supports/aligns with organizational goals, performance measures and/or strategies, and identifying potential stakeholders and how they may be impacted by the project. May 17, 2007
  2. Current Situation Analysis: How approaches/processes are use to identify root cause and analyze information to identify root cause. September 27, 2007
  3. Solution Development: How methods are used to identify possible solutions/improvements, final solution(s)/ improvement action(s) are determined, and what validation and benefits are expected to be realized. January, 17, 2008
  4. Project Implementation and Results: How team, organization, and stakeholder buy-in/agreement was achieved, approach used, and results realized. May 15, 2008

Team Management and Project Presentation: How teams are selected and involved throughout the project, how the team is prepared to work together and address the project, how the team managed its performance to insure effectiveness, and clarity and organization in presenting results.
