The CTEA™ program provides participants with the opportunity to be recognized for their team work on specific projects that improve performance, save money, or further the goals of their organization. The CTEA™ program, in partnership with the American Society for Quality (ASQ), provides each team with information, education, feedback, recognition, and celebration. Each team that submits an application is recognized during the CTEA™ Awards Ceremony held annual in California. In addition to the recognition each team receives, the learning, development, and pride of contribution that team participants experience are inherent in this process.
