Performing an Internal Assessment of your organization requires a strong understanding of the Baldrige National Quality Program Criteria for Performance Excellence and its scoring system. This interactive, hands-on two-day workshop will teach you how to evaluate your organization using the Criteria. This certification course will help you develop assessment implementation strategies that can improve performance throughout your organization.

CCE is pleased to offer the 2009 Internal Assessor Certification Course featuring Denise Shields, Principal and founder of Shields Resource Group. Denise has served as a CAPE Examiner and Judge  for many years. She also served as a national examiner, senior examiner and alumni to the Baldrige National Quality Program. Past participants have rated this workshop as “Excellent!”

Program Cancellation Policy: You will be charged a $75 cancellation fee for any registrations cancelled before 5:00pm PST 7 days prior to an event except for documented cases of medical or family emergency.  After 7 days prior to an event, full registration fee is due whether you attend or not. Substitutions may be made at any time at no cost. Cancellation or substitution must be mailed or faxed to CCE.  You are responsible for cancelling any hotel reservations. Thank you for your cooperation.
