Kiersten Farmer, MPTE, MASS is an author, speaker, and Data Scientist at the City of Henderson. Her overarching mission is to transmute data-related challenges into pragmatic, actionable solutions that yield tangible, community-transformative results. She has earned degrees from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University and the University of Maryland, College Park. Presently, she is a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she is exploring the far-reaching impact of data culture and governance on organizational performance.
